About us
Thank you for taking a little time to get to know us. We are a family-owned and operated business outside of Atlanta. Our mission is to create unique and beautiful art in a wide variety of styles. We strive to do our very best with each and every item that we produce, so that you will be proud to display them in your home or business.
We started our business in the furniture industry in 1980, specializing in restoring antiques and upholstery. For the first few years, our business grew by word of mouth, which allowed us to expand by opening an antique shop. Eventually, we moved out of the service end of the restoration business and into furniture reproduction and finishing. We partnered with a manufacturer creating hand-carved, solid mahogany furniture and invested 5 years in our showroom on Miami Circle in Atlanta. In that time, we added antique prints and framing to our services. It wasn't long before we realized paper was much lighter than wood, and we refocused our business solely on antique prints and framing. Since that time, our collection has grown substantially. We have well over 100,000 antique prints to choose from, and if we don't have exactly what you want, we may know someone who does.
For the last several years, we have focused (with the help of technology, an incalculable amount of time, and our son’s [Matt] talents) on producing the highest quality line of giclée reproduction prints on the market. Our giclée reproductions are fully customizable, and we can adjust image size, color, text, and background to create the perfect addition to your home decor. Though most prints are already outstanding, we offer this editing service to our clients because every wall space is unique. Our giclée prints are produced on cotton rag paper with archival inks that will last well over 140 years. Each frame we produce is hand-cut and joined with archival techniques and museum-grade materials.
We love our clients, and since there are a lot of you, we carry antique prints, giclée reproductions, original water colors, pastels and charcoal paintings, (select) oil paintings, & wall murals. Our services include: custom picture framing, framing layouts, custom printing, digital image restoration, and design ideas. As a specialty, we can print limited edition giclée prints for artists. At present, we excel in the retail market, but we are also developing wholesale solutions.
You can see us on the 2nd weekend of every month (EXCEPT DECEMBER) at the Scott's Antique Market in Atlanta and various shows across the country (See Upcoming Shows Page). For our designer friends, we can arrange private showings at your location with advance notice. For those larger custom jobs, we also schedule appointments at our location for your convenience.
Currently, we have established satellite locations in several Antique Malls in the southeast. Please visit our booths there or contact each establishment for their hours of operation. Here are the listings, and we hope to help you decorate your home or office with a "look" that is specifically "YOURS".
